Information You Provide -    

We receive and store information you enter.  For example, when you search for or buy service here, or when you supply information such as your address, phone number or credit card.  You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our website's features.  We collect and save the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our website, and communicating with you.

IMPORTANT:  We also retain in perpetuity any custom playlists, custom schedules, or custom ads you may configure or upload to the site within your account.  Any custom playlists you create are owned by us and may be used or re-used by us for any purpose at any time. We do not delete this information and it will not be deleted upon request by you.

Contact forms

This form will be transmitted as an unencrypted e-mail. Your IP address as well as the date and time of the request will be transferred to the e-mail. Your data will be handled confidentially. We store the data for the purpose of contacting you and may pass them on to third parties such as Google & Facebook for the purposes of marketing. The information of personal data is voluntary.

How Do We Use Your Information?


Providing Service -

We use your information to track your subscription service, to ensure that you receive the music subscription service you may have purchased.  We operate multiple different web sites which all share a common database, hence information you enter on one web site will be available for your immediate use on the other web sites as applicable.  This includes client sign-in account information, credit card information, shipping information and various other relevant information.

Agents -

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments and paypal payments. They have access to only your personal information as needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
